Recent Successes
Recently, our Boys Basketball Team showcased their skills at the inaugural Basketball Gala at Smithfield State High School. With determination and teamwork, they secured a commendable third place, culminating in a thrilling one-point victory over Redlynch. This achievement reflects the hard work and dedication of our athletes and sets a strong foundation for future competitions.

As we move into Term 3, students will continue to have numerous chances to engage in Cairns school sports through inter-school competitions. Diverse Sports Offerings
In addition to basketball, our Freshwater Falcons Futsal Club has been making waves with multiple teams competing across various divisions. Afterschool Sports Programs
To further support our students’ athletic pursuits, we offer afterschool sports programs every term, featuring a range of activities such as tennis, Auskick, hockey, and futsal. These programs are designed to engage students in enjoyable physical activities while fostering a sense of camaraderie.
