Our Fees

Our fee structure is all-inclusive, including levies, with no additional costs for compulsory programs throughout the year.

We understand and appreciate the financial commitment parents make when enrolling their children in a private school. We seek to provide the highest-quality, most affordable Christian education for all families in the Cairns region.

The annual tuition fee covers all levies and compulsory curriculum activities, including excursions and camps. This ensures there are no surprise costs, enabling families to plan their finances effectively without unexpected expenses.

For students in Years 5-12, the annual tuition fee also includes Chromebook rental under the College Managed Device Program (MDP). Stationery is included in the tuition fees for Primary students (P-6), and digital devices are provided within the classrooms for lower primary.

No Hidden Levies

Our College does not charge any ongoing subject levies, resource costs or building fees. The price quoted is the all-inclusive cost for your child to attend our College. We pride ourselves in providing competitive Private School fees in Cairns.

Sibling Discounts

Sibling discounts apply when a family has two or more children attending the College. More information can be found on the fee’s schedule.

Flexible Payment Options

Families have the flexibility of paying annual fees up-front or on a payment plan spread over a number of instalments. Options include weekly, fortnightly, and monthly.

Scholarships

Each year we invite prospective families to consider applying for one of the four categories of Scholarships. For over 40 years, Freshwater has been encouraging and supporting learners to achieve excellence in their chosen field, whilst also cultivating strong citizenship and spiritual growth.
