Freshwater Christian College has a vibrant parent community. As a private independent Christian school in Cairns, we are passionate about creating and enhancing our community and actively promote and encourage parent involvement at all levels. Parent Ambassadors
The Parent Class Ambassadors group is a collective of parents and guardians who have a passion and deep commitment to further strengthen the community we enjoy together. Everyone is welcome to join us. For more details, please enquire today at the College Reception.
Freshwater Parent Coffee Mornings and Workshops
Throughout the year, our parents are invited to join us at our ‘Freshwater Parent Coffee Mornings and/or Workshops’. Hosted by our Parent Ambassadors, these mornings give parents and available staff the opportunity to get to know each other, enjoy a complimentary coffee and hear from our leadership team.
Volunteer in Class
Parents are welcome to join in on class activities as well as camps and excursions. Contact your class teacher or Primary/Secondary office to find out more.
